Casa Boal Reserva 2011 is made of Côdega de Larinho, Viosinho and Verdelho grape varieties.

The wine has body yet is very elegant, has a very good natural acidity and ends firm and complex.

Alcohol by Volume: 13,5%

VINIFICATION PROCESS:

The grapes are collected, judiciously selected and carefully transported in 25kg bins before being crushed. The pressed must is then transfered to stainless steel tanks where it will stay for 48 hours at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC for decantation. Finally, the alcohol fermentation will take place for a period 30 days at a controlled temperature of 14 to 16ºC.
