Its mild flavour with a fruity touch is ideal if you want to create delicious dishes without compromising on taste.
Perfect with lean fish, green salads, pasta, tapas and pastry.

How to make a hair mask with olive oil:


This olive oil hair mask is really easy to make. This method is used for centuries and will help you will obtain a resplendent and, above all, a slight hair.

Ingredients:
-2 tablespoons of Herdade da Rosinha’s Extra Virgin Oil AOP Suave
-2 tablespoons of honey
-1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (for shiny hair)
-1 egg yolk if you have dry hair OR 1 egg white if you have slightly oily hair

Instructions :
In a bowl, add the 2 tbsp of olive oil and 2 tbsp of honey. With a whisk, blend the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Stir in the lemon juice and egg yolk OR egg white.
Once the mixture is smooth and homogeneous you can apply it firstly to the tips of the hair.
Then, distribute evenly through the rest of the hair. It’s recommended to avoid the roots, especially if you have oily hair.
Massage the scalp for 5 to 10 minutes. Cover hair with a beanie or a hot towel.
After covering the hair let it rest for at least 30 minutes, to 1 hour. Then, rinse out the mask, shampoo hair then use conditioner.
Your hair will be slight and shiny. Do this once a week and see it for yourself.
