Royal jelly is a natural food with a surprising richness of biological elements essentials to life, which the vast majority is completely determined: amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B12, C, D, E), minerals and trace elements, antibiotic properties.

It can be said that royal jelly generates:

-A general increase in vitality.

-Stimulation of physical activity (increasing of the performance and possibilities), of psychic activity (like improving moods, enjoying work, strengthening will and decreasing emotional disorders), intellectual activity (increased efficiency and improved memory) and sexual activity (which naturally results of the previous actions, and not from an aphrodisiac propertie).

-Increased resistance to stress, fatigue, cold, infections (by strengthening natural defenses) and a slowdown of the physiological aging process in general.

-A rebalance, regulation and comprehensive regeneration of body functions.

-Royal jelly also has moisturizing and nourishing properties for the skin when applied topically (like facial masks).

These three foods, honey, pollen and royal jelly, play roles of the highest order: regulators, balancing, dynamic, accelerators, without one ever knowing in all certainty the details of these roles.

In short, royal jelly can be considered:

-Revitalizing and energizing, this increase of vital energy leads to a feeling of wellbeing.

-Stimulating and invigorating, along with increased physical, intellectual and sexual capacities thanks to its anti-fatigue and anti-stress actions.

-Rebalancer of certain body functions that became insufficient or that suffered from a disorder..

-It can be used as a treatment during fall and/or spring.

-Due to its nourishing and moisturizing action, it can also be applied on the skin (face mask once a week).

Did you know?

Royal Jelly is a nutrient developed from pollen by worker bees and is intended to feed the young larvae (in the first three days of growth) and the queen. To "manufacture" or rather raise a new queen, the workers must feed a brood of larvae with this substance over two more days. So, it's in the "royal cells" (where the queens larvae are raised), that royal jelly is harvested. Each cell only contains around 200 milligrams of royal jelly.
